Getting to see the drum set ups, and catch behind the scenes magic of these powerhouse bands… word.

Snarky Puppy has exploded into the jazz scene, initially flying under the radar, yet now ranking at the top of the itunes Jazz Charts.

And Tower of Power… well, these boys have been kickin’ it like no other since 1968. Masters of “Urban Soul Music”; if the Vogue theatre removed the seating the dance floor would be busting.

Things these groups have in common:

KeAloha is an award-winning musician from Northern BC. KeAloha’s seed as an artist was planted on day one: learning the traditional dance of her Hawai’ian and Tahitian Ohana. Her young love for tap dance inspired her career as a drummer, and at 18 she moved to Vancouver with a full scholarship to Capilano University’s Bachelor of Music in Jazz Studies. KeAloha is a usual suspect in the Jazz, Neo-Soul, Latin-Fusion scene. Fuelled by the continuum of individual and community, KeAloha coordinates and performs at events that energize our commitment to building sustainable communities together.
