Had what was quite probably the best milkshake of my Vancouver life at Roundel Cafe. Just up the street from the corner of Hastings and Nanaimo, this local spot has some tasty selections.

The ultimate game plan: start with brunch down the way at Red Wagon (two thumbs up), go for a stroll through Pandora Park, and finish off the afternoon with one of Roundel’s delish milkshakes.

KeAloha is an award-winning musician from Northern BC. KeAloha’s seed as an artist was planted on day one: learning the traditional dance of her Hawai’ian and Tahitian Ohana. Her young love for tap dance inspired her career as a drummer, and at 18 she moved to Vancouver with a full scholarship to Capilano University’s Bachelor of Music in Jazz Studies.
